All orders are shipped by Canada Post unless otherwise arranged. 

Pebble & Dime is not liable for any lost packages when selecting the Standard Non-Tracked Shipping option.    

Our items are handmade to order. Please allow 2-3 weeks for your item to be made and shipped.   If you need your order in a rush, please check with us before purchasing to see if we can accommodate your request.  


US & International Shipping

Pebble & Dime is not responsible for any import taxes, duties, handling fees, customs or brokerage fees levied by the customs in your country. Please contact your local mailing service to receive up to date information on your local customs laws.



Unfortunately, due to order volumes and our space limitations, we can no longer accommodate local order pick ups.

Easy Returns & Exchanges

At Pebble & Dime, we stand by our products and we want you to love your purchase as much as we loved making it for you! We work hard to represent our items accurately with clear photos and detailed descriptions. Should you be unsatisfied with your purchase, you may EXCHANGE the original unworn item with all tags still attached, or return your item for store credit, minus the cost of shipping, within 7 business days of receiving your item. Please contact us immediately if this is the case. All shipping charges are final. In the event of an exchange, the customer is responsible for return shipping charges. Custom orders cannot be exchanged.

P&D does not accept cancellations for change of mind, or for the accidental ordering of incorrect sizing. Please refer to the size/measuring guides to ensure appropriate sizing. For custom sizing, please contact us. 

P&D is not liable for any damages incurred through the shipping/delivery process.  We inspect each item carefully before shipping, however should your item arrive damaged, please e-mail us and attach a photo. We will do our best to accommodate you.  P&D can not take responsibility for incorrect or missing address information, we always use the information that has been provided to us. P&D can also not take responsibility for the unavailability or refusal to accept delivery of shipment.

Unfortunately P&D can not be held liable for damages or breakage made by daily wear, snagging, etc. If an item is able to be repaired we will happily fix it for you.  Repairs start at $5 and can increase depending on the damage. Please be ready to provide your original purchase receipt.
